Ham & Peas Macaroni & Cheese

ingredients

1 ct 16-ounce box Food Club Medium Shells
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ct Kosher salt, to taste
8 ounces Food Club Shredded Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Food Club Sweet Peas, drained
1 cup cubed cooked ham

Directions

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain

and set aside.

In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk for 1 minute or until lightly browned.

Add the milk, garlic powder and salt and whisk to combine. Bring to a simmer and turn off the heat. Add the white cheddar cheese and mix until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked pasta to the pot and combine. Mix in the peas and ham just until

combined. Serve immediately.
