Full Circle Market Creamy Avocado Deviled Eggs

ingredients

6 ct medium-large eggs 
1 ct avocado, peeled and pitted 
2 tbsp. chives 
2 tbsp. cilantro leaves 
2 tsp. lime juice 
1/4 tsp. Full Circle Market Organic Garlic Powder 
1 ct Full Circle Market Salt 
1 ct Full Circle Market Pepper 
1/4 tsp. Full Circle Market Paprika 
1 tbsp. tbsp sour cream 

Directions

Hard boil eggs and place in icy water to cool.  

Once eggs have cooled, peel and cut in half. Scoop out the yolks and reserve for later. 

Prepare the filling by mashing the avocadoes in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Take 2 of the reserved egg yolks and mix them in with the avocadoes (the rest can be repurposed). Season with salt, garlic powder, pepper and lime juice. Lastly, mix in the sour cream.  

Place a dollop of the mixture on top of the prepared egg halves. Garnish with cilantro, chives, and paprika. Enjoy!
