Food Club Green Bean Casserole
While this dish is traditionally served on Thanksgiving, its simplicity will add to any weeknight meal.
Food Club Green Bean Casserole
ingredients
2 cans 10 1/2 ounces of Food Club Cream of Mushroom Condensed soup
1/2 C. milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
4 cans of Food Club Cut Green Beans
1 ct 1/2 cups Crispy Fried Onions
1 ct Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together soup, milk, soy sauce, 1/2 cup of fried onions, and green beans. Place the mixture in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 20 minutes or until hot. Stir mixture.
Top with remaining 1 cup of fried onions and bake for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.
OPTIONAL ADDITIONS:
This casserole can be easily customized. Try adding sauteed mushrooms, or cheddar, swiss, or parmesan cheese to the mixture.
