Pineapple Teriyaki Turkey Burger

Pineapple Teriyaki Turkey Burger

ingredients

4 oz. Ground Turkey
1 ct Olive Oil  
1 ct Salt and Pepper
1 ct Canned Pineapple, sliced
1 ct Swiss Cheese, sliced
1 ct Iceberg Lettuce
1 ct Hamburger Bun
1 ct Japanese Mayo
1 ct Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

Place the buns on the preheated pan for 2 minutes to toast them and then set them aside while you prepare the turkey patty.

Place ground turkey and 1 tsp of Teriyaki sauce into a bowl and mix. Form into a ball and shape a patty. Season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the oil in the large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add patty to the pan and top and cook for 3 minutes.

Flip patty and cook for another 3 minutes or until cooked through.

Add swiss cheese slice and cook for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

In a separate skillet, grill 1-2 pineapple slices until lightly charred, around 3 minutes.

Assemble your burger with toasted buns. Top with patty, lettuce, japanese mayo, teriyaki sauce and pineapple. Add the top of the bun.

Serve and enjoy!
