ingredients

1.5 lb. Lean Ground Beef
3 tbsp. tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp. tbsp Brown Sugar packed
1/4 tsp. tsp Red Pepper Flakes crushed
1/4 tsp. tsp Ground Ginger
1 ct scallion diced
3 c. cloves Garlic minced
1 ct Kimchi
1 ct American Cheese

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, add ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, ginger, scallion, and garlic. Stir until combined and marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

Form the mixture into patty shapes and cook/grill to desired doneness

Place the patty on a bun and top with a slice of cheese, kimchi (squeeze out any excess moisture if necessary to prevent the bun from getting soggy) and Korean barbecue sauce. Optional: Add a fried egg.
