Dutch Oven Pizza

ingredients

1 ct 6.5-ounce package Food Club Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust Mix
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup Food Club All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Food Club Yellow Cornmeal
1/2 cup Food Club Traditional Pizza Sauce
1 cup Food Club Finely Shredded Pizza Style Cheese
1/2 cup Food Club Large Olives, sliced
1 ct Pepperoni, for topping
1 ct large green bell pepper, chopped
1 ct Fresh basil, for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 475°F. Combine pizza crust mix and water in a large mixing bowl, and stir

until combined. Coat dough lightly with oil, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough to desired thickness. Sprinkle bottom of

Dutch oven with cornmeal and press dough gently on top.

Top dough with pizza sauce leaving a 1/2-inch border for the crust. Sprinkle evenly with

cheese. Top with olives, pepperoni and peppers.

Bake until dough is golden-brown and cheese is bubbling, about 12-15 minutes. Garnish

with basil and serve.
