Dutch Oven Cheesy Potatoes

ingredients

6 ct slices of Food Club Thick Cut Hickory Smoked Sliced Bacon, chopped
4 ct large potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup Food Club Shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 teaspoon Food Club Salt
1 cup Food Club Cheddar Jack, shredded
1 ct Chopped fresh scallions, for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven 375°F. Set Dutch oven over medium heat. Add bacon and cook, stirring

occasionally, until browned and crisp, about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined

plate to drain and cool slightly.

Combine bacon, potatoes, extra sharp cheddar, and salt in a large bowl, and toss to

evenly distribute. Layer potato mixture evenly into Dutch oven and top with cheddar Jack

cheese.

Cover and bake until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbling, about 40-45 minutes.

Remove lid and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is lightly

golden-browned. Garnish with scallions and serve
