Cookie Crumble Cheesecake

ingredients

1 c. ct. 16 oz. Beehive Cheesecake any variety
1 cup any Store-Bought Cookies
1 ct Your choice of dessert syrup

Directions

In a sturdy bowl or ziplock bag, place 4-5 cookies and cover with a tablecloth to prevent crumbs from escaping. Using a mason jar or wine bottle, apply pressure to the covered cookies and pound until crumbled. Alternatively, a food processor can be used.

Pour 1 layer of dessert syrup over the center of the cheesecake to help adhere the crumble. Uncover cookie crumbs and sprinkle on top. Decorate with additional dessert sauce if desired.

Place cheesecake in refrigerator for 5 minutes, or until chocolate sauce has firmed. Slice, Serve and Enjoy!
