BLT Crostini

An easy variation on the deli classic, BLT Crostinis are a great finger food to bring to any event!

BLT Crostini

ingredients

1 ct Baguette, cut in to quarter-inch slices.
1 ct Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 ct Bacon, cooked and halved
1 ct Lettuce
1 ct Mayonnaise
1 ct Olive Oil
1 ct Sea Salt and Pepper

Directions

Brush baguette slices in olive oil or butter.

In a 375° preheated oven, toast slices for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Once cooled, spread mayonnaise on one side and top with lettuce, half a bacon and cherry tomatoes.

Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle of sea salt and pepper and serve.
