ingredients

1 ct Pre-packaged Bison Patty
1 ct Swiss Cheese, sliced
1 ct Iceberg Lettuce
1 ct Red Onion
1 ct Blackberry Jam
1 ct Hamburger Bun
1 ct Olive Oil  
1 ct Salt and Pepper

Directions

Place the buns on the preheated pan for 2 minutes to toast them and then set them aside while you prepare the bison patty.

Drizzle the oil in the large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season with salt and pepper, then add patty to the pan and top and cook on for 2 minutes.

Flip patty and cook for another 2 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.

Add swiss cheese slice and cook for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

Add a generous amount of blackberry jam to the top of the bun.

Assemble your burger with toasted buns. Top with lettuce, sliced onion and patty. Add the top of the bun.

Serve and enjoy!
